Protect. Repair. Expand.
Our constitution shapes everything from who controls our water to how our elections work. In 2028, voters will again be asked whether to open it up. Before anyone asks yes or no, we're asking a bigger question: what do our communities need to protect, what needs repair, and what should we expand?
That's PRE-ConCon: the people's agenda that comes before any convention. We're building it together — across organizations, across islands, and in all of our communities — so whenever the door opens, local people walk through it, not developers and their lobbyists.

Our waʻa navigates by these. We do not wait for top-down permission to act: any group of five members who adhere to these principles can launch an action in the name of Our Hawaiʻi.
